Charlie and the Chocolate Factory meets The Nightmare Before Christmas in this wacky Christmas musical, winner of "Best Music" and 2 times winner of "Best Production". Seven international children (played by adults) and one good German boy find themselves trapped in a cabin in the Austrian Alps. Their staunch babysitter, Frau Schmidt, warns the children that if they don’t behave, Krampus (Saint Nicholas’s demonic counterpart) will punish them. Few believe her. But when Frau Schmidt disappears and, one by one, so do the children, the survivors learn that “if we want to keep our limbs, then we cannot keep our sins.”
This mildly dark, yet delightfully funny show grows into a battle of cosmic significance as the children cry for the help of Saint Nicholas.
